It will be packed inside a sturdy cardboard tube, which protects it during shipping. The tube has a cap fastened with staples, which you should remove before taking out the rug.

Todo perfecto. Alfombra a medida grande muy bien. Plazo y envío correcto. La única cosa por la que marco 4 estrellas es porque la foto de la alfombra en la web no se ve bien y difiere de la real enviada. No en exceso pero si se ve distinta. Creo que con solo mejorar la foto de la web se vería bien. Por lo demás, incluso su atención por e-mail fue fenomenal
